STATIC SHIELD ESD PACKAGING MIL B
81705 TYPE 2 & 3
Anti-static packaging is specially designed for electronic packaging
components to prevent the prevention of static damage. Our anti-static and static shield packaging does not generate a static charge. It meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL B 81705B type 2 & 3.
Grid Shield bags and zipper bags
Grofit Plastic Grid shield bags are designed for products requiring
ESD protection, Grid shield bags are made with a high performance
conductive grid. The bags may be reused without loss of conductivity. Our Grid shield bags offer transparency and are humidity-independent. An inner layer of amine-free, static-dissipative polyethylene provides protection from tribocharging.

ANTI STATIC PACKAGING
Our Amine free Anti-static packaging is manufactured from low density Polyethylene impregnated with
an antistatic which constantly migrate to the surface forming a layer that increases the material's lubricity. This packaging meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-B-81705, type II. Our
Anti-static flexible packaging is electrostatic-free, heat-sealable and is static dissipative. Surface resistivity, according to ASTM Method D-257-66 is lower than 10" Ohm/cm

ANTI STATIC VCI2000 ZIPPER BAGS
Antistatic bags meet type 2 requirements under MIL-B-81705.
The unique feature of VCI anti static bags is their ability to provide corrosion and oxidation
protection to electronic components. The antistatic and anticorrosion inhibiting properties of the packaging are humidity independent. The product is amine-free. Grofit Plastics antistatic VCI bags
effectively protect contents from Triboelectric charge generation and from corrosion, pitting, oxidation, staining, and galvanic corrosion.
